When my father passed away, I was asked to make pamphlets for his memorial service.

I chose to use a great black and white photo taken by William Warner (who wrote a book about my father, David C. Priest, entitled An Honest Woodsman).

I combined it with a photo of Dad getting in some late season fishing.

I felt the combined effect helped serve in giving  tribute to a man who truly loved the outdoors.

The land he gave to the state includes Mt. Katahdin.
